UCAS Code:

  • LN14 BSc Econ/AE

3 years (Full-time) / n/a (Part-time) / n/a (Distance / E-Learning)

As with other degree programmes in Cardiff Business School, students can select a particular route through their degree programme depending upon their particular interests and career aspirations. Sample modules in year two include Business Finance, Management Accounting, Empirical Business Economics, Money, Banking and Finance, Modern British Economic History and Political Economy of the EU. In the final year, a choice of one of four routes offers access to subjects such as Modern Business Enterprise, Domestic and International Banking, Business Applications, Financial Accounting, Public Finance and International Trade and Economic Development.

Student Views

I really enjoyed studying Economics at A-level and was aware that Cardiff Business School has a really good reputation and a nice atmosphere. I am enjoying the challenge of learning new skills in Economics and the lecturers make the subject interesting and easy to understand. Cardiff Business School is really friendly and the socials help you to get to know everyone.

In his spare time Richard plays American Football for Cardiff Cobras.
