This Joint Honours degree programme enables students to benefit from developing their foreign language skills whilst studying the fascinating and challenging subject of Mathematics. By combining these two courses, students will gain a wealth of transferable skills and knowledge beneficial to the world of employment, opening the doors to a variety of career paths. In addition, students will spend a year abroad, practising and developing their acquired French language skills.

Typical A-level Offer

AAB (excluding General Studies)

Three A level subjects including an A in French and an A in Mathematics or Pure Mathematics is required.

Typical WBQ Offer

Welsh Baccalaureate Advanced Diploma with a pass in the Core and grades AA at GCE A-level, to include an A in French and an A in Mathematics.

Typical Int Bacc Offer

36 points overall, including 6 in French, 6 in Maths plus 6 in another higher level subject.
