This Joint Honours degree programme enables students to combine the study of the popular European language of German and Music. The time spent on each subject is effectively equal, enabling students to benefit from developing their foreign language skills whilst studying the creative and challenging subject of Music. By combining these two courses, students will gain a wealth of transferable skills and knowledge beneficial to the world of employment, opening the doors to a variety of career paths. In addition, students will spend their third year in Germany.

All joint honours applicants with Music must show evidence of Grade 8 practical in any instrument or voice (either obtained or working towards) and the combination of Grade 8 practical and Grade 8 Music theory may be substituted for A2 Music.
