Academic Criteria: For all Bank schemes you must have, or expect to obtain, a minimum of 300 UCAS points from three A-levels (excluding General Studies), or equivalent; a minimum 2.1 degree and eligibility to work in the UK. We will take work experience into consideration in lieu of UCAS points. Any degree discipline will be considered, although strong analytical skills are essential. We seek to recruit intellectually excellent individuals, from a range of academic backgrounds, as shown in our profiles. However, the key discipline in the Bank, and the working language of the Bank, is economics.
