For UK/EU applicants:

Cardiff University School of Engineering is pleased to announce the Elite Engineering Scholarships for 2014/15.

These scholarships are worth £1,000.

Deadline: Your application for an academic course must have been received by Cardiff School of Engineering by 1300 (UK time). Wednesday 25th June 2014. Please see the Funding and Eligibility tab for full guidance.

Start date: September 2014

Funding

To be eligible for this award, you must be confirmed as a self-funded UK/EU student for fee-paying purposes.

You must be enrolled on a full-time basis. Students wishing to study part-time are not eligible for this award.

Scholarships are available to all school alumni (including Erasmus), as well as candidates with a UK 1st class Honours degree or equivalent.


Eligibility

Applicants must have a 1st class Honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.

Postgraduate Taught (MSc) applicants for the Elite Engineering Scholarships must have received a conditional or unconditional offer for the 2014/15 academic year - successful scholarship winners must enrol for the 2014/15 academic year.

Scholarships cannot be deferred to later years.

How to Apply

The Cardiff School of Engineering must have received your application for an academic course by
1300 (UK time) on Wednesday 25th June 2014.

You must have received, and firmly accepted, a conditional or unconditional offer by the deadline of 1300 (UK time) on Wednesday 23rd July 2014.

For International applicants:

Cardiff University School of Engineering is pleased to announce the Elite Engineering Scholarships for 2014/15.

These scholarships are worth up to £3,000.

Deadline: Your application for an academic course must have been received by Cardiff School of Engineering by 1300 (UK time). Wednesday 25th June 2014. Please see the Funding and Eligibility tab for full guidance.

Start date: September 2014

Funding

To be eligible for this award, you must be confirmed as a self-funded International student for fee-paying purposes.

You must be enrolled on a full-time basis. Students wishing to study part-time are not eligible for this award.

Scholarships will be paid in two installments: £1,000 will be paid by December 2014, and the remaining £2,000 will be awarded to those who acheive >65% in the first semester exams.


Eligibility

Applicants must have a 1st class Honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.

This Scholarship is available to all School alumni, as well as those entering with a UK 1st class Honours degree (or equivalent).
