Programme Description:
The School undertakes and supports a range of educational research and evaluation activity in the healthcare professions, particularly medicine and dentistry. In addition, students’ projects at Master and Doctoral level are supervised by members of the academic team encompassing a range of research studies nationally and internationally.
Projects frequently inform innovations in their local practice. Recent examples include:
- Junior doctors use of iDOC technology for learning
- Learning needs of junior doctors, trainer and trainee attitudes towards work-place based assessments
- Contextualising curriculum planning for dental education in developing countries

Entry Requirements:
A first degree, normally with class 2.1 or equivalent in a relevant subject area. A relevant Masters Qualification or equivalent.
English Language requirement - IELTS 6.5
Note: International students pursuing part-time programmes of study are not eligible for Tier 4 General Student visas and must have alternative leave to remain in the UK if they intend to study at the University in person.
