Criminology and Sociology BScEcon (Joint Honours) gives students the opportunity to combine study of crime, deviance and victimisation with study of wider society and the social processes within it. The School of Social Sciences is an internationally recognised centre of high quality teaching and research, with one half of all its research rated as either world-leading or internationally excellent in the 2008 Research Assessment Exercise. Students will enjoy superb teaching and staff-student relationships, whilst harbouring vital transferable skills for a global economy.
